We recently had the pleasure of sitting down with our Client Inception Executive, Symonne Ayim, to learn more about her recruitment journey. We asked her about her experience working with Lets Recruit and how she found the hiring process when joining Sort Legal.
Symonne shared some thoughtful insights into what stood out to her during the recruitment stages. This is what she had to say.
How did you come across Lets Recruit? Did we reach out to you?
Yes, Sam sent me a message on LinkedIn asking if I would be interested in the role.
How would you rate your overall experience with the recruitment agency?

How effective was the agency in understanding your needs and job requirements?
10/10: Very effective – Sam took the time to have multiple conversations with me on the phone to find out about what I was looking for in a new role to make sure the role he was offering was suitable, and if not, were there any other roles better suited to my skillset
How satisfied were you with the communication and responsiveness of the recruiters?
10/10: Sam was great. Whenever I sent a message with a question or query, he would also respond with either a message letting me know when he would call or call back the same day to answer my questions (and I recall there were a few!)
How transparent was the recruitment process, including feedback and candidate status updates?
10/10: Initially, I put myself forward for a different role within the firm, but after discussions with Sam, he very honestly told me he thought I would be better suited to a different role initially, which I am grateful for now. After the interview, he kept me up to date on when I would receive feedback and was efficient in providing it when available.
Were you satisfied with the speed and efficiency of the recruitment process?
10/10: Absolutely. The whole process took very little time, but not because it was not thorough, but because it was highly efficient and no time was wasted.
Would you recommend this recruitment agency to others? Why or why not?
10/10: the whole process ran so smoothly it was the most stress-free and pleasant experience I have ever encountered with a recruitment agency. I am very grateful to Sam for helping me join this firm, and I would absolutely recommend him and the agency to anybody looking for a new opportunity.
